Penthouse Condo Main Bedroom
The Penthouse condo is away from the street and very private. The huge master bedroom offers a king-size bed, a cozy fireplace, cable TV with DVD/VHS system and a high speed cable internet connection at no extra charge. The comfortable master bathroom has double sinks and a separate shower room. From the balcony you have a stunning view of Catalina Island's Avalon Bay.
Penthouse Condo Second Bedroom
The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and it has it's own private vanity with mirror and sink located to next to the bed. To the right of the bed is a large bay window with a view of the hillside and trees. There is a sitting area with a storage closet and fireplace. This room also has a TV combination VHS system with remote controls and a Palm Beach ceiling fan. Think of this room as the condo's Second Master Bedroom.
Penthouse Condo Third Bedroom
The third bedroom offers twin beds, a great cross breeze, and a view of the city from it's own private deck.
Penthouse Condo Dining Room
The new dinette seats 8 people. It overlooks the balcony with a view of the mountains, oceans and the famous Catalina Island Casino. Bring a set of binoculars and view the City of Avalon from your condo. The Balcony has a gas barbeque and comfortable seating for outdoor dining.
Penthouse Condo Living Room
The living room is newly furnished. The Baby Grand Piano has just been tuned and is located in the living room, close to the dining room and outdoor balcony area. This is one of the only Catalina Island vacation rentals in the City of Avalon with a Baby Grand Piano.
Penthouse Condo Kitchen
The kitchen area is equipped with washer and dryer, dishwasher, trash compactor, double door refrigerator with filtered water and ice cube maker, microwave oven, double ovens, toaster, blender and coffee maker. This condo is arguably the best equipped winter, summer and weekend rentals in Avalon on Catalina Island.
Penthouse Condo Jacuzzi
A completely private outdoor 2 to 4 person Jacuzzi for the exclusive use of the Penthouse condo. You can also sunbath in total privacy. We have just added a new 185,000 btu heater for the outdoor Jacuzzi and a new rear deck at the Jacuzzi was completed in June 2005. We know of no other condo, hotel, spa or homes for rent at Catalina Island that have a private outdoor Jacuzzi. It is perfect for the romantic couple. There is also a swimming pool and a 6 to 8 person Jacuzzi in the condo complex.
