Remodelled Bathroom

Talk about quality! This is the downstairs bathroom and it was fully remodeled. The tile work is exquisite. This bathroom in Avalon's best condo rental was creatively designed by Rx Design Inc. and is nothing less than spectacular. The custom tile on the walls and floor with decorative designed tile have given this bath a feeling of Catalina quality that very few condos anywhere on the island have achieved.

My wife and I, my daughter and husband plus our 2 grand children rented this condo for a week, and all I can say is WOW! This place made us happy and the entire condo was top notch. My wife loved the kitchen and all of the appliances although it took a while for her to figure out how to turn on the fancy stove. Everything was right there for us and I liked having the kids watch TV in their own room. The high quality Sony TVs in every room is a nice touch!

We rented a 2-bedroom condo in another complex 2 years ago and we had to drive a golf cart everywhere. It was fun but also a hassle. This year we decided to try a different condo and decided on this Penthouse condo. It is located in town so we could walk on our own, which we really liked. This condo has fans, windows in every bedroom, big sliding glass doors in every bedroom and a breeze, masking it much more comfortable than any other condo that we ever rented in Avalon.

The piano is an older baby grand piano but it was a joy to play. The large size of the living room in this condo, and the view from the patio adjoining the living room, was well designed for the whole family. My wife was part of the fun while preparing the meals in the kitchen, which looked new. This is the best condo rental in Catalina in my opinion.

I have stayed in several of the other condos on the island and most have been OK, but they generally were too warm during the summer nights. We did not sleep as well. We found suite C65, in Bahia Vista clearly the largest, most comfortable condo we ever stayed at anywhere on the island. The master bedroom is huge and the second bedroom is large enough to be a second mater bedroom but is has a queen size bed. The king in the master bedroom is brand new! We loved it.
